White Label Crowdfunding Provider CrowdEngine Adds InvestReady Accreditation Process to Platform

CrowdEngine, a white-label securities crowdfunding platform, has enlisted InvestReady to provide investor accreditation status and verification service. CrowdEngine will integrate InvestReady’s services as part of its portfolio of offerings. CrowdEngine can power online capital formation, including token offerings, both domestically and internationally. In the US, under Reg D 506c offerings, an investor must maintain accreditation status to participate in any exempt offering.

Additionally, know your customer (KYC) requirements are required to remain compliant. InvestReady should streamline investor onboarding removing friction from the capital formation process.

Jim Borzilleri,  CEO and founder of CrowdEngine, said InvestReady integration allows his platform to deliver best of breed verification and accreditation services to their clients at an affordable cost to issuers.

“This will enable our clients to onboard investors and launch new investment products over a course of days (vs. months) while maintaining bedrock security and compliance standards our clients expect. The automation and accreditation workflow efficiencies InvestReady offers are a win for our ecosystem, our clients, and end user investors,” stated Borzilleri.

Adrian E. Alvarez, co-founder & CEO at InvestReady, said they were thrilled to provide their services to CrowdEngine noting they currently offer verification services in 55+ different countries.

According to the InvestReady website, their services are currently utilized by several well-known names in the securities crowdfunding sector such as LendingHome and AlphaFlow.
