Brokerage infrastructure provider Alpaca raises $135M
Peak XV led the raise with participation from Elefund, Opera Tech Ventures, the venture capital arm of BNP Paribas Group, and Unbound. It follows Alpaca’s $150 million Series D from January, which valued the company at $1.15 billion.
Flex targets middle-market businesses after $70M B round
The Series B1 raise was led by Ryan Smith and Ryan Sweeney’s Halo Fund with participation from Portage Ventures, Wellington, Crosslink Capital, 53 Stations, Titanium Ventures, Spice, Florida Funders, Spice, and others. The round comes just months after the company’s $60 million Series B in December 2025. Flex has now raised $180 million in total equity and $300 million in total debt for expansion across business finance, personal finance, payments, private credit, and ERP.
Flex will double the team size from 110 employees today to more than 200 by year-end. Flex Global includes stablecoin payment rails, wallets, institutional USD accounts and multi-currency accounts across 76 countries.
Layer 2 firm ADI Chain raises $50M
The investment will accelerate the expansion of ADI Chain’s sovereign-grade Layer-2 infrastructure, strengthening its ability to support organizations as they transition critical services and financial infrastructure onto blockchain.
The USD 50 million investment will be deployed across network infrastructure, ecosystem expansion, developer incentives and institutional integrations.
Velocity accelerates growth with $38M A round
The stablecoin treasury and settlement platform’s round was led by Dragonfly and FirstMark, with participation from Activant Capital, Capital One Ventures, QED Investors, Coinbase Ventures, Wintermute Ventures and Ripple.
Velocity works with global merchants, payment providers, fintechs and financial institutions looking to modernize treasury operations, reduce settlement times, eliminate prefunding requirements and move capital more efficiently across borders.
This funding round brings Velocity’s total capital raised to nearly $50 million since May 2025.
Agentic compliance provider Hadrius nabs $27M A round
It was led by CRV, with participation from Y Combinator, Pathlight Ventures, and the founders of Altruist, Jump AI, and FINNY. By the end of 2026, Hadrius plans to extend AI capabilities across the full compliance spectrum.
Rime raises $24M Series A for conversational platform
The Series A was led by M13, with participation from Twilio Ventures, Corazon Capital, and Unusual Ventures. CEO Lily Clifford plans to expand Rime’s conversational dataset and add staff.
The company supports close to 100 million monthly phone calls.
Cyclops confirms $20M Series A, sets eye on stablecoins
The round was led by Nava Ventures with participation from Castle Island Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, Circle, Lasagna Ventures and Global PayTech Ventures, helmed by Javier Perez, former President of Mastercard and founding investor in Adyen. Kevin Chenault of Nava Ventures joins Cyclops’ board.
Tether bets $20M on Mercado Bitcoin
This investment is part of a round aimed at Latin American blockchain-based financial services.
Founded in 2013, Mercado Bitcoin offers crypto trading, tokenized investment products, lending, stablecoin payments, banking infrastructure, and cross-border financial services. It serves 4.5 million people.
Mercado Bitcoin will address its stablecoin payment network, tokenized investment offerings, lending and credit services, and on-chain capital markets.
Infinia secures $13.5M A round for digital financial infrastructure
The raise was headed by Bain Capital and Variant Fund, with participation from Y Combinator, Lattice, Varrock, Reverie, Decacorn, G2, and Tekton Ventures. Infinia will pursue regulatory licenses and accelerate market growth.
UAE proptech Keyper confirms $11M A raise
Keyper helps people rent, manage and own residential property. The raise was led by Speedinvest, with participation from NeoVentures, Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP), Dubai Future District Fund (DFDF), Property Finder, Arab National Bank, Ellington Properties, Dar Ventures and Abbey Road Investment Group.
Keyper’s fully digitized operating platform serves tenants, landlords and property managers. It enables tenants to convert traditional annual rental payments into manageable monthly digital payments, while allowing landlords to receive upfront rental income.
Think ponders $8M pre-seed
The Saudi-based AI hardware and software firm’s raise was co-led by RAED Ventures and Wa’ed Ventures, with participation from Dhahran Techno Valley’s Venture Capital arm and angel investors.
Think’s technology combines high-density, liquid-cooled multi-GPU compute nodes with proprietary bare-metal orchestration software, enabling companies of any size to deploy AI models more efficiently, securely, and cost-effectively while maximizing all available compute capacity.
Crypto infrastructure provider Glacis Labs confirms $6.8M seed round
It was led by Lightspeed Faction, with participation from Franklin Templeton, Coinbase Ventures, Again (formerly IDC Ventures), Protein Capital, and Techni Ventures.
ZeroDelta is a multichain clearinghouse that matches, nets, and settles digital asset flows with non-custodial, atomic delivery and a cryptographic receipt on every transfer.
Community bank tech provider Linker Finance welcomes $5M seed
The round includes continued participation from existing investors, including Chingona Ventures, Ten One Ten Ventures, Audaz Capital and Angeles Investors, alongside a new strategic investment from 22nd State Banking Company.
Linker Finance has more than 10 customers across multiple cores, including Fiserv Premier, CSI, and FIS. The company said its momentum also reflects growing demand from community banks for modern digital infrastructure that helps them compete, grow and serve customers without requiring a core conversion.
RWA firm Maalexi raises $2.8M A
Maalexi developed the Maalexi Agricultural Assets Token Exchange (MAATEX). The round was led by Tawuniya and Global Ventures, a UAE-based venture capital firm.
The company focuses on agricultural trade and says its system brings greater verification, standardization and transparency.
Morocco’s ORA extends Series A by $2M
The super app extended its Series A funding round to $10 million. Funds are earmarked for KOUL, a food delivery platform, and ORA Cash, a digital wallet that enables e-commerce and contactless payments. ORA’s super app combines food delivery, digital payments and digital commerce services.
AngelList acquires Ark
Ark is a fund management software platform serving more than 500 GPs and fund administrators across venture capital and private equity. The combined entity will create a comprehensive suite of solutions for the private markets that will be aided by AI.
Financial software firm CSI acquires treasury company Qolo
The union will help community financial institutions create more flexible deposit structures, intelligent money movement, and expanded commercial card programs. Focus areas are real-time account ledgers, multi-rail payment orchestration and enhanced card capabilities. Together, the companies will produce prepackaged, pre-integrated commercial banking solutions for community financial institutions.
