Agenda Posted for SEC Roundtable on Round the Clock Trading

Later this month, the Securities and Exchange Commission will hold a Roundtable on 24-hour trading. The gathering is timely as round the clock trading is already taking place in the crypto-sphere and some platforms are enabling 24 hour trading with tokenized shares.

The three panel event will focus on:

  • Preparedness for a 24-Hour Market
  • Resiliency in a 24-Hour Market
  • Expected Impacts and Consideration of Next Steps

Both TradFi and new, modern platforms are participating in the event alongside regulators, with more emphasis on establishment players.

A quick review of platforms already operating beyond establisment exchange hours include:

  • Ondo Finance as of June 2026 including SPYon, QQQon, NVDAon, TSLAon, GOOGLon, and CRCLon, across Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Solana.
  • Kraken Pro (xStocks, issued by Backed Finance/Payward) including (TSLAx, QQQx, SPYx, NVDAx, CRCLx, AAPLx, HOODx, MSTRx, GLDx, GOOGLx)
  • Binance (bStocks): Tokenized versions trade 24/7 on Binance Spot. Binance also offers access to 7,000+ actual U.S. stocks/ETFs with extended trading.
  • Bybit (using xStocks)
  • Bitget (rTokens): Over 500 tokenized stocks and ETFs with 61 securities supported 24/7.
  • Gate.io (gStocks)
  • Crypto.com
  • Gemini (Dinari dShares)
  • Securitize markets 24/7/365 access to tokenized assets. The company recently announced a partnership with ICE/NYSE for the exchange’s forthcoming tokenized venue.

Some offerings are not available to US investors.

It may have been helpful if the SEC invited representatives from platforms like Kraken, Securitize and others to share their perspective on what the SEC aims to pursue.

The agenda is available below. The event will be live-streamed on the SEC website commencing at 10AM on September 17, 2026.
